Do you sell standard products or build to order?
We size and build our panels to order. We design to fit your single-line diagram, current ratings and site conditions.
What information do you need for a quote?
A single-line diagram or requirement list, rated current and voltage, protection class, installation site and desired delivery date are enough. We can complete any missing details together.
What is the lead time?
It varies with the panel type, quantity and material supply. We give a clear lead time together with the quote.
Are panels tested before shipment?
Yes. Every panel goes through visual and mechanical checks, a functional test and electrical tests. A test report is shared on request.
Do you provide commissioning and installation support?
On request we offer on-site connection and commissioning support.
Can you maintain or revise our existing panel?
Yes. We provide periodic maintenance, thermal camera measurement, fault response and retrofit services. You can submit a request on the Maintenance & Service page.
Can I request a specific equipment brand?
We can build using the brands and models stated in your project specification.
Do you ship anywhere in Türkiye?
Yes, we pack panels securely and ship them to the requested address.
