2. Personal data we process
We may process the name, email, phone, company details, message content, uploaded files (such as project drawings or résumés) and information in résumés that you share via the contact, quote, maintenance and job application forms.
Technical data such as IP address and browser information may be kept in server logs for a limited period so the website works securely and correctly.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Your personal data is processed to respond to your requests, prepare quotes, provide service, evaluate job applications, fulfil legal obligations and, within our legitimate interests, maintain service quality, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK.

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary for providing the service, with hosting, email and similar infrastructure providers, and with authorized public bodies where legally required. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing.

Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and as provided by the relevant legislation; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Job application data may be kept for a reasonable period after the evaluation process.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction, deletion or destruction, object, and claim compensation for damage.
